Yes! You can call (401) 232-5200 between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday to register.

Should I bring my whole family?
Yes! With 30 breakout sessions choices including a student track we have something for everyone. And our family rate makes it affordable. Student track is appropriate for kids junior high aged and up.

What are the times of the conference?
Thursday, 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Friday, 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm, 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday, 9:00 am - 3:15 pm

Are group discounts available?
Yes. Please contact our office at (401) 232-5200 to discuss group rates.

Is lunch provided on Saturday?
Lunch will be available for purchase. You can purchase tickets for lunch here or you can purchase tickets on Thursday.

Lunch is $7. More information coming soon. If you have special dietary needs and would still like to purchase lunch at the event, please contact our office at (401) 232-5200.

What is the schedule for the conference?
The conference features four (4) plenary sessions and five (5) breakout sessions.

How is the student track different from the other sessions?
Those wishing to take the student track will attend regular conference plenary sessions and special breakouts. See the Student Track page for more information.

Do I have to register for the student track? If I get the student rate do I have to attend the student track?
There is no correlation between the student rate and the student track. Registration is not required for the student rack.

Additionally, you are not locked into the student track. You may choose to attend only one student track breakout session.

Are there recommended materials or books for the conference?
Registrants are not required to bring any special books or materials to the conference. We will have a conference bookstore featuring many books and materials mentioned during the conference.

Will this conference be audio or video recorded?
It will be audio recorded and available on CD. You can purchase it at the conference. You can also purchase it after the conference. Details on ordering and pre-ordering this CD product are coming soon.
